Office 365 brings Microsoft Office, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Lync Online in a cloud service.


Microsoft has renamed its Businesss Productivity Online Suite (BPOS) and Live@edu suites as Office 365 and is launching a limited beta of the business version of the suite. Office 365 brings Microsoft Office, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Lync Online in a cloud service. Mary Jo Foley has the details and adds 10 more tidbits.


One of the top new features of Office 365 allows more than one person to edit a document at the same time, called co-authoring.



Office Web apps allows you to review and edit documents from almost anywhere on any device with a browser.
